No you don't need a new job, you need to put that person in check. Either in your own way or through the chain of command at your job, it that person is outside of proper workplace methods & behavior.

The real issue is if you really need a boss. Let me be clear, I (sadly) am an employee also so I don't want to preach what I don't practice at this point, but the fact is... ... as an employee you are subject to the demands of an employer. Whether it's a ton of rules & regs, office politics, or the behavior of unprofessional managers that can be abusive.

The real question....... .......are you an entreprenuer? Do you want the responsibility of owning a business? That's the only way to avoid the situation you're in.
