I hope this helps. When your new boss uses foul language you can say "Please watch your language in front of me". Some of her other behaviors may just be the expression of her personality and should be overlooked. She "takes over" and "butts in" because she
is the new boss. This should settle down over time and you can help by reassuring her you and your co-workers are competent: "Joe is very good at his job" or "We know how to handle this". If she ever says you are a child, you can calmly correct her "I am an adult and expect to be treated like one".
It's a matter of addressing the things you
can ask/demand she stop doing, and letting slide some of the stuff that will likely calm down with time.
Your tone should be firm and your voice needn't be any louder than normal. You would be stating what you expect her behavior is to be around you. I have used this technique and it will help you regain some of the control of your own personal space.
If it becomes clear she is a micro-manager by habit, and reassuring her doesn't make her knock that off after awhile, and the company seems gung-ho on her techniques, you might want to look for a different job and in your exit interview tell the company why you quit.
