How is that THAT different from wearing a uniform if you are in the army? How is that THAT different? It is a type of a uniform. That is all there is to it. Except that a soldier can take the uniform off, whereas implants are worn on the body around the clock. But other than that, no difference - it is an alteration of appearance to qualify for a job per job requirements set up by the employer.
