I hate when people bring up the scars they do notice and ask what's wrong. Why do they think it's their problem? If I wanted to talk about it I would have.

Someone once asked me where I got my scars. She obviously knew but was trying to ask without revealing she knew. I smiled and said I could show her where they came from if she liked. She didn't ask again.
