eczema is a auto-immune skin reaction that is really uncomfortable and can get in the way of your quality of life. Not trivial at all <3

I (for someone with a lot of auto-immune problems) shockingly never got eczema. But my sister does and my brother did. With them, oatmeal based creams worked wonders when applied a few times a day. Same with unscented gentle soaps (my sister is a big fan of baby body soap during the winter, it's very gentle and isn't perfumed).

One cream I suggest staying far away from is Sarna. As I said, I don't have eczema, but I am actually allergic to the sun... which sounds ridiculous; but none the less, Sarna contains menthol, which gives your skin the cool feeling, but it will further irritate the already irritated skin in the process.

I hope you start feeling better soon. I know chronic skin issues are horrid. I am finally getting my own under control. Let us know how you're doing <3
