Went to the beach today, too. I'm starting to believe that sun is indeed a great antidepressant!
DID-ish problems, tho: Chris (an "afraid alter") usually is co-conscious with me while I'm going to the beach and he freaks out because he thinks everybody will stare and laugh at us for being apparently alone
