To specifically answer your question, desirae...
you're image is 459x280 and between 17k & 18k. the guidelines call for 125x600 and under 35k. In my opinion, it's iffy. It exceeds the height by much, is less than half on the width. However, it is about half of the maximum of 35k. So, it's pretty big.
So, if you want to size it down just a bit, here's an example (I did this at the last site I mentioned):
