Me too. Even though people are the cause of my anxiety disorder, spending time around them does distract me from feeling low. Now it's the summer holidays (I'm school age), I am either home alone or at work, and it's soul-crushing. It feels like everyone went out and got a life, and they are happy with being independent, whereas I need another person with me to feel alive. That concept alone is depressing enough!

But chins up... hopefully we can endure this feeling.
