I think this tends to depend on the woman actually. It seems orgasms for women are very individual. Some women has smaller, multiple ones. Some have one BIG orgasm. For example, my wife has very intense orgasms (like so intense she goes blind ... lol) so she can't have multiple ones. She has to wind back up in the same way a man does.
