Who's the ALJ? The designated SSA Psychologist who evaluated you for SSDI approval? My personal documentation was from my own Psychiatrist and a SSA Psychologist interviewed me for SSDI. I was denied after 1st application but everyone gets denied. Then you have to appeal and go to court. Get a good lawyer. I won my case fairly easily even though Judge could not read Psychiatrist's notes (but I have long history which is documented).
