But on a serious note...I really don't think there's any such thing as a 'normal' reaction to a panic attack, especially if you experience them on a regular basis (or even if you don't). They're not pleasant, and that's an understatement. But if there is something about it that concerns you - scary physical sensations, feeling like you're going mad - then you might want to talk to someone. Just to make sure everything's okay.
