I use a CPAP and nasal aire interface. I think I'd prefer the hybrid interface better.
It took me a while getting used to. I couldn't tolerate a mask (due to past trauma issues.) But, when I'm compliant and use machine every night, I have quality sleep.
My sleep study said I woke up about 100 times a night. I only think I wake up 3 to 5 times a night. I have to remind myself even though I think I sleep "good enough" without the machine, it isn't reality. I need the machine.
I hope you find a mask you feel comfy with . . . make sure you have a good fit.
