My boyfriend knows that I come to this site. After many years, I have been able to structure my life where I don't have to hide my true self from those I am close to. It was a long, long process but well worth it.

I come here for support and also to give support. This is a great site - nothing to be ashamed of. It's healthy for your relationship with your boyfriend, too, in my opinion. I rely on my boyfriend for lots of support - but it's good to have other "outlets" for support. This site and a trusting relationship in RL with a girlfriend of mine, as well as my T and pdoc are part of my "support network."
