Thanks, I really wish I could get a therapist, but I'm broke and my parents are firm non-believers in therapy. I know I don't like pain, but one man in my head does. He's awfully controlling, sort of scares the rest of us. I think I might need help.

A young alter will pound my head so the pain will make her feel better. I think when we are young and not allowed to feel, we substitute our pain to intercept our feelings that we can't face.
