I believe anyone with an unhealthy relationship with food needs help. I understand my relationship is unhealthy. I know I need a better relationship with food. Binging everyday and overeating constantly is not healthy but I want to go more so in the other direction. I want to be able to go on low amounts of calories but I can't bring myself to stop using food as comfort.
