What is the best way for dealing with mania? I am exercising as often as I can, I eat organic/natural foods, I sleep as restful as possible, and I practice Hatha yoga. Is there anything else I could do? I have heard of DBT, but what is it and how do people like it?
I'm only hypomanic at the moment and my lamictal has been increased to 200mg. I am only taking one mood stabilizer for the time being.
