I have "up" things in my life, its just the depression numbs the ups, know what I mean?
I had my daughter over for a visit, we went swimming.
I went to Church yesterday morning...that was good too.

Not really sure what was going on with my daughter. She was rather whiny and temperamental.
I had a bit of trouble navigating her seas as it were. But all in all she is still a fantastic kid and a joy to experience. I love her so!
