I am sleeping less in the past few weeks.I know the cause is depression.Nowadays I get maybe 4 hours sleep a night whereas before it was 6 or 7.What I cant understand is why is it not really affecting me fatigue wise.To be sure my depression is causing a bit of malaise anyhow but I would have thought reduced sleep would have affected me more.Any thoughts?
