Good wishes on this endeavor! I am hypoglycemic and need to purchase the other "half" of the foodstuffs I need, and I'll be right there with you on the good eating to lose weight track.
I want to lose 40lbs but I know the doctors will begin to say I've lost enough after I lose 30lbs. ((I'm 5'8" and at 198lbs) I have heavy bones (honest really!!!)so I look thinner than I am. I have a big conference I want to fly out to and that's the end of July (if I can manage it.)
I do eat a snack every 2 hours. I found that what many experts say is true, it's eating MORE that helps you lose weight... not of just anything, but of healthy foods. Try taking in healthy foods for a bit in addition to what you normally eat, then cut back on the poorer quality stuff...
2lbs a week loss is healthy... and that's what I want. That will be March 18th for me (30lbs) and May 20th for you sadeyes...Jax that would be Feb 18th for you

Good wishes all the way around! Don't eat everything at the parties now! Drink a glass of water before snacking at the parties, and take only one thing at a time (don't load up a small plate)
