Hello Akuma... Sorry to say this, I strictly opposed to take any kind of supplements until and unless there is a necessity.
Can't we provide the same things by natural foods, what exactly we are gaining from supplements.
May be you are consuming less amount of fibers as per your body needs.

Here I am giving some input fiber needs as per the age, you may go through this.
For Males (19-50 years): 38gm/day
For Females (19-50 years): 25gm/day
For Male (51 years and older): 30gm/day
For Females (51 years and older): 21 mg/day
And also in some cases requirement for fiber varies somewhat among individuals.
Also try to consume insoluble fiber rather than soluble fibers. Insoluble fiber increases the movement of material through your digestive system; makes your stool bulkier and soft so it is to expel. It can be of benefit to those who struggle with constipation or irregular stools. Whole-wheat flour, wheat bran, nuts and many vegetables are good sources of insoluble fiber.

Try to drink minimum 4liters of water in day, I hope definitely you will get rid all of your constipation issues.
After recovery, please let me know your health issues.
