Dear Akuma, try Prune juice or eat dried prunes. They are an excellent way for laxative. As you mentioned that you’re doing regular exercise and following the diet. you might be eating junk food its takes longer time to digestive I would like to suggest you consult a doctor and tell your symptoms to doctor he/she suggest you the exact range of your condition apart of that I would personally suggest you avoid below following things.

Vegetables are roughage and they allow things to move. And i recommend taking a natural laxative.

Avoid fatty foods such as
Meat: especially fatty meat, red meat, etc.
Dairy products: such as cheese, ice cream and whole milk.
Fast foods: burgers, French fries and other fried foods, pizza, etc.
