I sympatise with you.It sounds like you have anxiety.Im the same as you,i get 4 to 5 hours sleep and wake up at 4 every night.Then I just relax til 7 cos I have to get up for work.Its just my pattern at the moment.Im lucky as I dont be too tired,just a bit of a malaise.Have you tried any herbal or supplements like valerian or bachs remed?.They are all a bit hit and miss though.
