I'm self medicating with Benadryl right now until I can get my prn meds filled again and I feel terrible this morning. I took four when I got home, two before bed, and three at 2am when I hadn't slept yet. I don't think I should have taken those three because now my head hurts like crazy and I feel hungover but I'm having an anxiety attack so I can't lay down and sleep.

This is why I would never take an actual sleep med. I'm too sensitive to this stuff.

Ever gotten a hungover feeling from your sleep meds?
