Yeah, I have tried herbals, but they don't really help much. I can use melatonin, but only about twice a month before it looses it's effectiveness. I've tried exercise during the day, putting my phone away and off before bed, not really doing much but sleep in bed... I'm running out of ideas. There's def an anxiety component...
I wish it didn't bother me that I don't get much sleep, but it wears me down and I tend to cope really poorly with that.
