I'm so sorry this has happened to you - and if it's any consolation I'm really angry on your behalf, unfortunately knowing full well how easily the NHS system can mess with emotionally vulnerable people

Did your T explain why they were leaving? If nothing else, I would hope that they'd made it clear that it had nothing to do with you. I'm really so sorry, this is awful, and having to go on a waiting list again just sucks, can you not kick up a fuss about that because strictly speaking you shouldn't be shunted out of the system like that, you should have been transferred to someone else.
