I hear ya.Anxiety is a killer at bedtime,course it bothers you,sleep deprivation is no walk in the park.Im sure it will get better though,there was a short period where I was only getting 2 hours of unsettled sleep,then I went back to my parents for a few days just for a break from everything and it done me good,since then ive slept longer and better albeit still not as good pre depression.Maybe you could try a change of scenery for a day or 2,stay with a relative.
