I had to come off SSRI's before I could go on SSNRI medication.

As Martha Stewart would say, "It was a bad thing."

Then I forgot to take my SSNRI just one day. Only one day.

It was like I was having a stroke. I was immensely sick. I was vomiting, couldn't walk, shaking, slurred speech ... I was in bad shape. Had my mother-in-law not guilted my wife into taking her to her doctor's appt, my wife would probably have taken me to the emergency room even though I didn't think I needed to go.
