Oh, yes, Taiwanese people are particularly friendly. They were distinctly the most friendly and sociable of the Asian groups I worked with - Japanese, Mainland Chinese from various areas, Korean. Since you've already done it once and loved it, sounds like it's definitely worth a shot.
