Benadryl gives me a hangover too but I still take it some times. Plus I get allergies. I've heard it's very hard on the liver. Could be more toxic than plenty of anti anxiety & sleep aid meds. Worth looking into. I'm gonna guess jesusplay u may have meant toxic rather than lethal.
