It's best to eat a little bit more times a day so that your body doesn't feel like you are starving it & crave the food that you are denying it.....thus the binging when you give in to the hunger. If you were eating a little go keep your stomach from feeling that level of hunger you wouldn't feel that & give into the binging due to the feeling of hunger.
It's definitely a cycle that can be gotten out of....but it does take some level of control in eating small amount. That was how I was able to get through the anorexia that I was dealing with....it took the very small amounts through the day.....& I find that when I still do that, it's easier to keep my weight & my hunger feelings when I do feel them at the appropriate level.
