Yes, this is not something you get into trouble for. All we do is edit the post and send you a PM letting you know why it was edited.
In fact, violating any community guideline doesn't get you "into trouble." We send you a PM to let you know why what you did was problematic, and help ensure it doesn't happen again. That's it.

PS - If it happens repeatedly, that's when things will start becoming problematic. We have limited resources here, so we have to be wise and aware of how we're expending them. If one member is taking up all of our resources, that's a good sign this community may not be a good fit for them (or us)... But that happens extremely rarely where a member doesn't find a way to ensure their behavior fits within our community guidelines.
