Hey Hillsa! Welcome to PC! I know I've found this place to be a great place to learn and the explore my issues. I used to be like that. I would only average about 3 to 4 hours a night. But, lately, I've been trying dark therapy. Now, I can get a good 6 to 7. I don't know if it would work for you, but give it a try.
