I'm not sure I know how to because I just feel 'normal' unless something obviously scary happens when I'm scared etc and wouldn't that be obvious by the fact it's a scary thing happening? I mean if it was scary but I was laughing I'd say that, but most of the time my emotion is relevant to the situation or just 'normal'
