I imagine that depends on the person, the severity, the type of OCD, and probably many other factors. Hopefully you're getting support. Generally speaking, all I know, so far, is distraction, ways to ground yourself, and things like CBT can apparently help you, or even "cure" you, depending on the severity and person. If you have OCD, then you should be getting support for it, in order to manage/deal with it.
