I did once, 2 years ago... the beginning was fine, good, in fact! A bit too good, manic... this went on for a few weeks. When I crashed it wasn't pretty, though I tried to push though off meds. I was a mess. I kept trying for about 4 more months. Finally I couldn't take it anymore, I saw my old phychiatrist and BOOM!!! Hospital...
I don't exactly love meds, but they make things easier
