It sounds like the anti-anxiety (though I always feel like it's more don't-give-a-crap than the absence of anxiety) effect of the AP may be wearing off and you're reverting to your pre-med shy/socially anxious self. I've always been shy too, but never had this issue with holding eye contact, like I literally never even thought about eye contact until the depression and then psychotic stuff set in, and now it's really difficult. But I think if you conquered it before, albeit on meds, you can do it again with a lesser dose. All the best
