I can relate to how your feeling and your nic as I also never feel good enough. I'm sorry you're so blue. I'm not shy but I actually prefer to be alone. People frustrate me, and I get bored so easily, I know I end up being distracted which is a great way to put people off...if my clinginess hasn't already. So I alternate between hiding and lonliness. I wish I had some advice (other than speak to your T as soon as you can and explain about the meds if you feel they aren't working)...just know I'm thinking of you and hoping it gets better quickly
