Here's a job my friend found as a subset of one of the OP's links. It's a company that helps google give good search results by rating various search results. It pays >$13 an hour, and it really does pay. My friend has been doing it for 4 months. The work is at odd times of day, and not regular. My friend made >$350 a month in spare time while doing another FT job. If you do well, you get more work after 6 months or so, at a higher rate of pay, about $17 or $18. There is a learning curve. There are manuals. You have to pass 3 tests over the period of a week, but they are open book tests. There are no fees until they come to pay you, and then there is a transfer fee at your bank to put the money in. My friend works in Canada. There is much more work in the USA, and I see there is also work around the world. This is the link the company gave my friend to refer other people to the job.

Edit: One optional and highly recommended thing for these jobs is RaterAide, a piece of software for $10 that helps you with record keeping, invoicing and opening tabs quickly. This was my friend's recommendation. I'm not involved in any of this. You are paid by the task (2-10 minutes) and the software keeps track of a lot of this for you.
