Its a natural thing for the body to take a few steps back every so often, but be assured, you are still making progress away from depression. to be able to have that good week or so shows you are able to do it and that it isnt far away.
dont beat yourself up over it, allow yourself to rest for a while, as all the goodness you have been feeling has tired you out. but you will get that happiness back, i promise.
we all have to have down days, its what makes the good days great. and sometimes we need time to reflect on things, so use this down time wisely knowing you will bounce right back up when your body and mind is ready, until then relax, and nurture it any way you can.
you certainly arent falling, you are climbing.
