So I went and picked up machine for my sleep apena - very excited about that - really ! Sleep study showed severe sleep apena.

But I am somewhat concerned that I will regurgate while I sleep has happened in past,,, I did choose a mask that covers my mouth and nose because in the long run it will work for me.

So send good thoughts my way please.... that I get my bulemia under control once more.
