I was on Seroquel for about a year, then I swithed to Latuda for a few months, and about 2 months ago I switched back to Seroquel. I don't get any hangover effect at 200mg (never did), but if I go above that I do. I also don't sleep with 200mg, it needs to be more than that. At 200mg, Seroquel works great as a mood stabilizer for me, but that's about it.
