I'm rethinking what I said earlier after reading other responses. There is no excuse for harassment, and if T was responding to that, then I still like what I said earlier.
But by my definition of "being hit on," I don't think there's anything wrong with recognizing how a woman presents herself influences whether she is "hit on."
Maybe you have a different definition of "being hit on."
