I have benefited greatly from the book "Driven to Distraction" and look forward to the sequel, "Delivered from Distraction." Both are written by a psychiatrist who has ADD himself and decades of experience as a professional.
I'm reading Delivered right now. (Read the first one, too). After I return it to the library, I might get it again. Takes me awhile to get it, especially if don't think I need the info at the moment, ;-) I likely do!
