Long ago I could do it by getting a good night's rest and through force of will and discipline. That was long ago. Depression made it harder and harder to do less and less until I crashed. Now motivation depends on inspiration syncing with short periods of energy, and they don't often sync.
May someone younger and more resilient than I see your post and offer you a realistic answer.
