I get more and more migraines lately which seem to be in line with a classic migraine.
I don't get nauseous every time, but when I do I end up utterly incapacitated at some point- and the stomach sickness tends to get pretty intense pretty fast, then eventually dull down to moderate severity until I pass out with the headache, then wake up many many hours later.
The one red flag that is consistent every time I get a migraine is a major increase in perceived body temperature for about 24-36 hours. I don't have a fever or anything but I feel way over heated and I will often sweat through my sheets in my sleep (I know super pleasant).
This time... I got the body temp thing for about three days, which is looong for prodrome stuff. Today in my mother's car driving to another state I finally started to feel extremely ill, out couldn't even scramble for some mint gum (which actually does really help).
Since getting home around two I have had fluctuating severity of nausea. It's eleven o'clock at night. Usually this phase is over in an hour.
I'm kind of scared that when I get the headache my head will actually explode, it should be in full gear by now. Waiting like this kind of sucks.
I know I am all over this site lately.I'm sorry I am just having a heck of a time the past several weeks and right now I feel particularly physically bad. Usually I feel I'm a little less high maintenance...
I don't have a really specific question, but if anyone has anything helpful to add it would be really appreciated.
Thanks for reading.
