I lost control tonight. I cut a whole bunch on my shoulder after going a month with no cutting at all. It barely stopped the Urge so I had to go back and do more on my wrist. It was just bad. I used 3 band aids on my shoulder and one on my wrist which is a lot for me. And I almost never cut more than once a day. I cut twice in like 30 minutes. It was all I could think about and it was really scary. That's all. I just wanted to get that off my chest. Thanks.
