I just thought of two more things and decided to dig up this thread again.

At the bottom we have the "jump to" option, which I never use because it's way at the bottom. But I don't always want to go back to community before I open another forum. Can't we have a menu of the forums at the top???

And the other thing... I can't remember now, mmmhhhh... let's think, oh yes, how about a link or some information on how to get immediate help??? If you are in a crisis or it just happened and you don't know what to do it would be nice to have an option that gives you advice and contact numbers. Even if it is only relaxing methods for when you have a flashback or something...
