Very sorry to hear that...

Sometimes something might work for one member, but not for another, due to the way they are accessing the site, the kind of device they were using, etc. For instance, something might work on iPad on wifi, but won't work on 3g (and vice-a-versa).

I'm sure the other members were well-meaning when they recommended trying it.
