Never stop you meds without proper consultation and supervision.

I went cold turkey once, had to dash to the other side of the country to be with a dying relative, forgot to pack meds. For 3 days my family had two of us in hospital
that was the only time I've ever be hospitalised

Gradual withdrawal was almost as horrible, it took about 9 months to be off everything. I have never felt so ill in my life. There were times i thought I was dying and was quite prepared to complete the job myself but thankfully i was being quite closely monitored and it was slowed down at times, smaller drops in doses and longer at each dose to try and help.

NEVER STOP YOUR MEDS WITHOUT PROPER CONSULTATION AND SUPERVISION!!
