ok i dont have an eatin disorder because i did an earlier thread and someone said i didnt seem 2 have one,but what i did say was that i did diet on and off,well for the past 2 weeks ive eatten nothin but half a piece of toast,2 biscuits and a small pork pie everyday sometimes i missed out the toast and pork pie and i was losin weight as u can imagine and i blown it,i went out with a few mates who i had a few drinks with and u guessed it,i eat chicken and chips soon after and the next morning breakfast of sausages,eggs,bacon ,why am i so weak willed arrah,ive probley stuck it all back on,well has anyone got any tips on how 2 be abit more stronge willed,thanks
